Sugar Cane Growers Fund [SCGF] established by Act. No. 9 of 1984 enacted by the Parliament of Fiji on 26 July 1984. Its core business is to provide loans to registered sugar cane growers. SCGF also has a subsidiary company – South Pacific Fertilizers Limited who are engaged in the commercial sale and distribution of fertilizer and weedicide.

To enhance service delivery and provide a more accessible and customer-friendly environment, SCGF invites expressions of interest from property owners with vacant commercial premises that meet the following criteria:

• Located within the main commercial centers of Seaqaqa, Rakiraki, or Tavua.
• Easily accessible to our clients, particularly senior sugarcane growers
• Suitable for office operations, with adequate space, utilities, and parking where available.

SCGF reserves the right to assess all submissions and select premises that best meet its operational and service delivery requirements. Interested bidders are requested to submit their proposals and documents as per details below:

• Cover letter introducing your company/individuals and explicitly expresses interest in the EOI.
• Profile & location details: Provides details of the office space and relevant details such as parking, etc.
• Regulatory requirements: ensure all building regulatory requirements are met.

The closing date for the above is  17 July 2026 before 4:00pm via email (tender@scgf.com.fj) and/or placed in the tender box provided at our Head Office located at 57 Drasa Avenue road, Lautoka.  Late submission will not be accepted.
