Sugar Cane Growers Fund (SCGF) is a statutory body providing loans and advances to sugar cane growers in Fiji. SCGF is one of the key stakeholders in the Sugar Cane Industry and as such, has an important role in supporting the interests of cane growers. SCGF is currently seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced personnel to join its operations based at our Head Office for the position mentioned herein.
Relationship Support & Filing Officer
This role is based at Head Office and reports to the Manager Lending & Operations. The responsibility of the officer includes Filing of all grower’s loans correspondence documents, handling of incoming /outgoing loans files and provide support to Lautoka District by providing prompt, friendly and courteous service to the Sugar Cane Growers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities are as follows without limiting to:
- Filing of all correspondence and documents;
- Handling of incoming & outgoing grower’s loans files;
- Attend to mails and dispatching of lending documents;
- Providing prompt, friendly and courteous service to the Sugar Cane Growers and explaining/promoting Fund’s products;
- Supporting and participation with Senior Relationship Officer and the Management Team in achieving the Organizations goals and objective, arrears collection;
- Good understanding of user level capacity of computing; and
- Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma level preferably in Finance, Agriculture or Business and relevant with IT Discipline;
- Proficiency in relevant Computer applications;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar field;
- Experience in sales or marketing; and
- A valid Driver’s License would be an advantage.
