The Sugar Cane Growers Fund (SCGF) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with NEWWORLD IGA which will come on board as a partner for the SCGF’s Loyalty Program.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Board and Management of NEWWORLD IGA for their commitment to supporting this innovative service which will greatly benefit our cane growers.
With its supermarkets strategically located in all key cane belt areas, NEWWORLD IGA’s participation adds
tremendous value to our Loyalty Program which now serves over 10,260 growers.

SCGF are excited to continuously grow the number of partners and participants offering growers access to exclusive benefits and rewards. Since the launch, we’ve issued cards to 1,150 growers and have successfully partnered with 14 businesses, including private hospitals, pharmacies, general practitioners, medical labs, hardware and farm machinery dealers, and Vodafone. NEWWORLD IGA is a significant addition to our list of partners through its established network and widespread appeal among growers.
Initially the Loyalty Card was fee-free until March 31, 2025, after which growers (SCGF customers) would pay a nominal fee of $10 and non-SCGF growers would be charged $20 for a three-year valid card. We are pleased to announce that the deadline has been extended to June 30, 2025, allowing growers to still benefit from free cards until then.
