Sugar Cane Growers Fund [SCGF] established by Act. No. 9 of 1984 enacted by the Parliament of Fiji on 26 July 1984. Its core business is to provide loans to registered sugar cane growers. SCGF also has a subsidiary company; South Pacific Fertilizers Limited, engaged in sale and distribution of fertilizer and weedicide.
Required Services
SCGF has recently acquired a Commercial Property as mentioned above. The proposed development is envisioned to be a modern, functional, and sustainable commercial facility that meets current design standards and aligns with the future growth of our diverse business operations that would compensate the sugar cane growers.
We are seeking an Expression of interest from an experienced Architectural Firm with proven expertise in commercial developments to assist without limiting to:
- Concept design and architectural planning;
- Development application (DA) documentation;
- Construction documentation;
- Coordination with consultants and relevant authorities;
- Site supervision and contract administration (if applicable); and
- Any other services required from time to time.
We are currently at the initial planning stage and are seeking to collaborate with a creative and reliable architect to bring this vision to life. We would appreciate receiving your Expression of Interest, including:
- A brief company profile
- Relevant project experience (particularly in similar commercial developments)
- Proposed team members and roles
- Preliminary thoughts or approach to this project
- Fee proposal (or indication of fee structure, if possible)
- Availability and project timeline
SCGF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withdraw any invitation to EOI, re-advertise the EOI, reject any or all submissions, or accept only part of any submission. SCGF further reserves the right to negotiate with any respondent without obligation to provide any reason for such actions. SCGF is under no obligation to accept the lowest bid or any other offer.
Finally, SCGF reserves the right to withdraw the EOI or modify the scope at any time, including after an offer letter has been signed by both parties unless a formal contract has been executed.
The closing date for the above is 04 July 2025 before 4:00pm via email (tender@scgf.com.fj) and/or placed in the tender box provided at Level 2 at the Sugar Cane Growers Fund Head Office at Sugar Cane Growers Council Building, Level 2, 75 Drasa Avenue, Lautoka.
