- Successful tenderers may seek financial assistance from SCGF upon meeting the lending guidelines; and;
- The property is sold on “as is where is” basis.
Value added Tax (if applicable) would be paid by the successful Tenderer on the amount of tender. Offers close with the undersigned on 5th May, 2025. Only successful bidders will be contacted.
